Our Pottsville Line dance Weekend -19/20/21 June 2026 is coming up – less than 4 weeks to go! I need your input by Friday 5th June!
Friday night social ‘Come as you are’ theme has a program (tbc) with of course some requests.
Saturday workshop/social – 2 workshops and an hour social dancing at lunchtime break.
Sat night social ‘Schooldays’ them is an all request night.
Please email me (only – no pm) dlkgreaves@gmail.com – before the 5th June with 2 requests (dancing), which you need to know!! As I wish to get a start on split floors.
The workshops will be classic revision. There will be alltime classics from all different levels (Beg/upper Beg/Improv/Early interm/Low interm/Interm) and I am hoping to get thru at least 6 dances with some social dancing inbetween).
There will be very few requests taken over the weekend so that I can be well prepared and have as many levels dancing as possible. Ta

All levels of dancing – Beginners, Improv, Early interm, interm/advanced.
I split the floor (beginners and improvers get to dance 85% of the time).
SATURDAY WORKSHOPS (June 20) 10-3PM
Dancers – $30
16yrs and under $20
Spectators $12
1 HR BREAK FOR LUNCH with social dancing and, there will be dancing in between teaching.
Please bring own snacks/lunch/suppers – I will provide tea & coffee. BYO mug.

Theme Sat night social is “SCHOOLDAYS”. This is an all request night, but to “get in first” with your requests – email me 3 to use all weekend and Sat night by at least a fortnight before weekend.
Breakie/brunch this year on the Sunday 21st 10am brunch. Venue TBC
Book your accom early – suggested 2 caravan parks (Tweed south/north Pottsville caravan parks which have cabins. Also, Wooyung caravan park (maybe pets allowed), Hastings Pt Holiday parks, Cabarita and Pottsville Motel (mention “Dallas Linedancers” maybe get a discount?? – don’t delay as rooms are booking fast)
Air BnB as well.
SUNDAY arvo “DO WHAT YOU WANT” DAY – swimming, sightseeing, whale watching, markets, fishing etc.
